Domestic Shipping
Tuccini offers free Domestic shipping via USPS Standard Service for all domestic orders over $70.00.
If your order value is below $60, your shipping rate will be calculated real-time during your check out. Tuccini offers both USPS Priority service and USPS Express service if you require expedited shipping. Checkout includes a shipping calculator for you to estimate shipping as you add additional items to your shopping bag.
Tuccini is happy to ship to PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
Delivery times will vary depending on the shipping service selected. Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders with same Bill To/Ship To address will be processed faster. Orders shipping Priority Mail� takes an average of 2 to 3 days depending on the delivery destination. Express Mail� is the fastest service for time-sensitive orders providing guaranteed next-day and second-day delivery nationwide.

International Shipping
Please be aware, the only accepted payment method for International Orders is American Express or PayPal.
Tuccini welcomes international orders from a variety of countries. Available countries are listed during checkout. Your order will be shipped via United States Postal Service Air Parcel Post. Shipping costs depend on your location and will be calculated automatically during checkout. Some locations may incur additional shipping charges. You will be notified via email prior to shipment. International orders are typically shipped within 7 to 10 business days. However delivery time can exceed 21 days depending on your customs department and your local postal service.
Customs policies vary from country to country. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties or other fees your shipment may incur as a result of international shipment. For estimates on the customs fees in your country, contact your Customs Department. Orders refused and returned will be subject to restocking, shipping and return shipment fees.

Damaged or Missing Items/Orders
Please inspect all merchandise immediately upon receipt. Any damaged or missing items must be reported within three business days of delivery. Call Tuccini Customer Care Staff toll free at 866-448-9699.
You must notify Tuccini within 15 days from the date your order ships to report a lost package. Tuccini ships all packages with tracking.

Refused, Unclaimed or Undeliverable Orders
Orders that are returned to Tuccini refused, unclaimed or undeliverable will be subject to restocking, shipping and return shipping fees. Orders that qualify for free shipping but are returned as undelivered or unclaimed packages will be subjected to restocking, shipping and reshipping fees.
